Description
Ground floor apartment, with communal pool and garden, just 50 meters to the beach.
Located in the Punta Romana building, known for its magnificent views, its pleasant garden area and swimming pool. The apartment is 50 meters away from the Cala de la Creu, and 150 meters from the historic center of L'Escala, where you will find a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. It is the ideal place to forget the car.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed plus a single bed. A bathroom with shower, kitchen with basic utensils (pots, pans, utensils ...) and living room with access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and contemplate the sea. The apartment also has an open parking space ideal for vans (measures 5 meters).
In total 5 people can be accommodated: in a double bed (1.50m) and three single beds.
Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (300€) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Apartment with an amazing view, incredible for breakfast and dinners on the terrace. Very close to beaches and a short walk to the centre of L’Escala beaches. Pool is great. Equipment of apartment is basic but most important stuff is there.

Solo recomiendo pulir un par de cosas:
1. Los colchones de las literas se marcan los muelles y cuesta dormir.
2. La litera de arriba se debe buscar como fijar el colchón porque baila cuando te mueves, e incluso cuando te bajas. Pondría también algusee more

Pondría también alguna sujeción para bajar y una valla de seguridad para cuándo van niños. 3. Internet. Este aspecto hay que mejorarlo muchísimo. La conexión lenta, y al no llevar seguridad WPA2 muchos dispositivos no se podían conectar. Yo por ejemplo llevé una TVBoX (como una Smart TV) para los días de lluvia y tuve que recurrir a mi conexión del móvil, que además como la cobertura es malísima en la casa...invertir en una mejor conexión sería recomendable, y poner acceso por contraseña de toda la vida para poder conectar cualquier dispositivo (una PlayStation, una smarTV...hay gente que va muchos días y si hace malo o te apetece quedar en casa vienen bien). Aparte de estas tres, estancia insuperable, repetiremos segurísimo!!! Gracias por unas vacaciones inolvidables!!! |
