House for vacation rental in l´Escala with a community pool. The house is located in a quiet area, a 10-minute walk to the Montgí Natural Park and at the same time just a 13-minute walk to Riells Beach in L'Escala. It is ideal for the whole family. The Riells Beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, leisure places for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc.
This villa offers the best to spend an unforgettable holiday: living-dining room equipped with an air conditioner, access to the garden terrace with table and chairs to enjoy long meals outdoors. It has a built-in barbecue and private parking within the property. An independent kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, washinghmachine, fridge-freezer, toaster and mixer. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them with bathtub. The bedrooms are located on the first floor and there is an air conditioner in the corridor. In total, the house can sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with a double bed, and one bedroom with 2 single beds). There is no wifi service.
Check in: from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or on holidays, contact the agency. The key collection place: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the final cleaning price.
Mandatory services: The tourist tax €1/person/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€9.90 per reservation which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
