This wonderful rustic house located in a small village called Sant Julià de Boada, in the municipality of Palau Sator, has a capacity for 5 people. It is a 10-minute drive from the magnificent Pals beach. It is also close to very traditional restaurants with local products.
It is part of the emblematic towns of the Empordanet and is close to the famous town of Peratallada. To enjoy nature and the spectacular views of the Costa Brava, the Montgrí Natural Park is located 10 km away.
The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors and has a garden with a private pool, fully fenced and with a terrace. There are two spaces with a porch to eat outdoors, one with a built-in barbecue and the other with a chill-out area and sun loungers.
The living room has air conditioning, Smart TV, WiFi, fireplace and sofa.
The kitchen is open to the living room with a breakfast bar, fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, has a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, deep fryer, juicer and windows with natural light.
This accommodation has 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (double bed and individual bed). All beds offer linens, duvets, blankets and pillows.
In the accommodation there is a bathroom with space and with a stone shower.
The accommodation has heating with electric radiators, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.
The accommodation has a small fence in the garden with a house for dogs that will only be allowed in this space.
Admission: from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or on holidays, contact the agency. The place to collect keys: the house. All payments and check-in will be made online, you will pay a deposit by card (€300) before arrival and it will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Está muy bien ubicada ya que está en una zona rural muy tranquila, pero es muy fácil llegar a muchas atracciones locales (excelentes restaurantes, pueblos medievales, playas). Los dueños muy amables y atentos, al igual que la agencia. Con gusto repetiremos !

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Angela. The house is very tastefully decorated and big enough for 4/5 people. The air conditioning kept the house nice and cool. The pool and garden is a real gem. Lovely light salt water, good temperature and the gasee more

Lovely light salt water, good temperature and the garden around the pool is great for chilling out. The house is located in a very quiet area, but within 10 minutes you are in Pals and other beautiful places and bays. There are many nice restaurants nearby. In short, highly recommended.

A simplicidade e o bom gosto são a norma nesta villa excelente. E tem tudo o que é preciso para uns dias de férias na Costa Brava. Incluindo a relativa proximidade à praia (cerca de 12 minutos) e algumas aldeias históricas muito bonitas nas proximidades (por exemplo Palau-Sator e Peretallada, e a maior e mais turística Pals). Incluindo a sombra das suas magníficas oliveiras. Incluindo a zona da piscina, com o seu deck, com a parte coberta a bambu, o ferro e a madeira recuperada. Um primor, que convida a longas tardes e noites de descanso, diversão e convívio. Recomendo sem qualquer dúvida.

La casa es perfecta. No le falta de nada. La zona de la piscina es una maravilla, camas cómodas, cocina completa… tiene hasta una perrera para nuestra mascota. La ubicación es inmejorable para conocer la zona, que es increíble. Pueblos preciosos que see more

Dejan absoluta libertad a los huéspedes pero si los necesitas, siempre están ahí.
