Beautiful duplex decorated in a modern style, located in the old town of L'Escala. It is close to local shops, bars, and restaurants, and just a three-minute walk from the beach “Playa de las Barcas”.

The apartment is spread over three floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, next to the dining area, where there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, washing machine, etc., and a round table for six people.
On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom and another bathroom with a shower, as well as access to an outdoor terrace with a table for dining and a grill for cooking.
From this terrace, stairs lead up to the rooftop – a privileged chill-out area with fantastic sea views, perfect for enjoying a drink at sunset. There is also a bathtub for relaxing in the open air.

The apartment has internet and air conditioning.

⚠️ NOTE: From 01/10 to 01/05, the accommodation does not have access to a swimming pool.
