This apartment for six people is available for rent in the center of L’Escala. It is just a five-minute walk from Las Barcas beach, bars and restaurants, local shops, and cultural activities.
Riells Beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and the Empúries promenade can be reached on foot in about 15–20 minutes. The Montgrí Natural Park is just a 10-minute drive away.

The accommodation is located on one floor — on the second floor of the building, which has an elevator. A communal swimming pool is available on the rooftop. The apartment also features a small terrace that gets sunlight from midday onward.

The living-dining room is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a three-seater sofa, and a dining table for six people.
The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware. It includes a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (150 cm), and one with two single beds that can be joined to form a double. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower.
