Description
This ground-floor apartment in L’Escala sleeps up to 6 people and has a spacious terrace with sea views.
There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a trundle bed comprising two 90 cm-wide single beds, and one with bunk beds comprising two 90 cm-wide single beds. There are also two bathrooms with showers.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with basic kitchenware and opens onto the living and dining area, which has access to the terrace. The communal area features a large swimming pool and garden.
The apartment is 10 metres from the beach and 150 metres from L’Escala’s historic centre, where you will find bars, restaurants and shops.
Tall vans do not fit in the car park.
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

L'apartament es troba en un lloc privilegiat. A tocar del mar, al costat d'una caleta i a un passeig del centre del poble. L'espai interior és molt i molt acollidor... amb tots els serveis necessaris.

Pel que fa a la descripció de la ubicació, facilitem el mapa amb fotografia, senyalitzant el portal i el pàrquing i amb l'adreça exacte.
