The bright living and dining room connects to a separate, fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is accessible from this area, offering a place to enjoy outdoor meals and relax overlooking the Mediterranean.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning in the dining area, a television and a washing machine, as well as a private parking space in the same building.
Located just steps from the beach, the seafront promenade and the main shops, it offers a convenient base for enjoying L’Escala on foot.
Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
