L'Escala - Apartment

This apartment for four people is located in the Riells area, in L’Escala, very close to the sea and the main services in the area. In a few minutes’ walk, you can reach Riells Beach, as well as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops. It is also an ideal location to enjoy the seaside promenade and local leisure activities. The historic center of L’Escala and its beaches are nearby, as is the Montgrí Natural Park, accessible within a few minutes by car.
The apartment has a balcony with sea views, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the fresh air.
The living-dining room is spacious and bright, with air conditioning, heating, TV, a sofa, and a dining table for four people. The kitchen is open to the living area and fully equipped with appliances and utensils, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine.
The apartment has two bedrooms, both with double beds, with bed linen and pillows provided. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.
It is an ideal accommodation to enjoy a few days of relaxation in L’Escala, near the beach and the atmosphere of the Costa Brava.

Check-in: from 17:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday. For check-in on Sundays or public holidays, contact the agency. Key collection: at the agency. A security deposit of €300 will be charged by card on arrival and returned within 7 days after departure. Bed linen is included in the final cleaning price.
Mandatory services: tourist tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking, includes one bath towel per guest, one hand towel, and a bath mat for each bathroom) and final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation). Optional paid services: pool towel, baby cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in after 20:00.
