The living-dining area opens to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, fridge-freezer, and kitchenware), divided by a wooden breakfast bar—perfect for informal meals. The terrace is ideal for relaxing with a coffee or drink at sunset, shaded by an awning and furnished with a table and chairs.

Master bedroom (suite): king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), wardrobes, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 x 190 cm).
Bathroom 2: with bathtub.
Utility room: washing machine, sink, iron, and ironing board.
Climate: air conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans in bedrooms.
Communal areas: pool and landscaped gardens.
Connectivity: wifi included and easy public parking.
Pets: allowed up to 10 kg, except dangerous breeds.
Restrictions: Groups under 21 years old are not accepted.

Check-in: from 17:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday. For Sunday or public holiday arrivals, contact the agency. Key collection: at the agency. A deposit of €300 will be charged to your card upon arrival and refunded within 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee.
Mandatory services: tourist tax €1/person/night (over 16 years old), towels (€11.90 per booking including one bath towel per guest, one hand towel, and one bath mat per bathroom), final cleaning (price varies by property).
