Located in a quiet residential area of L’Escala, this beautiful detached house invites you to relax and enjoy the Costa Brava in a cozy and family-friendly atmosphere. Just a few minutes from the Montgrí Natural Park and the beaches, it’s the perfect place for a peaceful holiday.
Outside, you’ll find a spacious private garden with trees, sun loungers, and a built-in barbecue – perfect for long meals in good company. The covered porch features a dining table where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner outdoors, shaded by trees and the Mediterranean breeze.
Inside, the house maintains a traditional, warm, and functional style. The large living-dining room offers comfortable sofas, a rustic fireplace, a television, and direct access to the garden. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, and all the utensils you need to cook like at home. The house includes WiFi and fans.
It has three bedrooms:
• One suite-style bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower.
• One bedroom with a double bed.
• One bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or friends.
Additionally, the house has a second full bathroom with a shower, recently renovated in a modern and functional style.

Check-in: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. For check-in on Sundays or holidays, please contact the agency. Key collection location: the agency. A security deposit (€300) must be paid by credit card upon arrival and will be returned within 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee.
Mandatory services: Tourist tax: €1/person/night (over 16s). Towels (€11.90 per reservation, which includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel, and one bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services for a fee: pool towel, crib, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in after 8:00 PM.
