Aquesta espectacular vil·la amb piscina privada i magnifiques vistes està situada a Cala Montgó, un enclau privilegiat, envoltat de cultures mil·lenàries i paisatges de gran bellesa.
Disposa d’un espaiós saló-menjador, cuina totalment equipada, i dos dels seus quatre dormitoris tenen vistes meravelloses a Cala Montgó. El jardí porxat i la meravellosa piscina, que dóna la sensació d´estar penjada sobre del mar, els convida a passar bons moments amb la família o amics. Per accedir a la casa s'han de pujar unes escales. La vil·la té unes vistes panoràmiques al al Parc Natural del Montgrí i a la platja de de Montgó. Aquesta, és una de les més boniques de la Costa Brava.
A més, aquesta cala ens ofereix magnífics passejos pel Parc Natural del Montgrí. El camí fins a la platja és de tan sols 450 metres. La casa té diverses terrasses molt grans, jardí i piscina privada. En els exteriors de la casa hi trobarà taules amb cadires, gandules, i tot el necessari per gaudir de les vacances. A uns 500 metres de la casa hi ha restaurants, bars, botigues i un supermercat.
En total a la vil·la poden dormir 8 persones (2 llits dobles i 4 llits individuals).
Entrada: de 17:00 a 20:00 hores de dilluns a dissabte. Per entrar en diumenge o festius contactar amb l'agència. El lloc de recollida de claus: l'agència. Es pagarà un dipòsit en concepte de fiança amb targeta a la seva arribada (300 €) i es tornarà durant els propers 7 dies després de la sortida.
La roba de llit està inclosa en el preu de la neteja final.
Serveis obligatoris: La taxa turística 1€/persona/nit (majors de 16 anys). Les tovalloles (11,90 € per reserva que inclou una tovallola de bany per a cada hoste, una tovallola de mans i una estora de bany per a cada bany), neteja final (el cost depèn de l'allotjament).

The house itself was very clean when we arrived so absolutely no complaints there.

The house did not have paper towels, and limited toilet paper so you may want to bring those. There were also no spices for cooking so you will need to bring your own. We ate many meals out at the wonderful local restaurants and bars, so you really dveure més

We ate many meals out at the wonderful local restaurants and bars, so you really don’t need to cook much. As others have mentioned, the Wi-Fi at the house was excruciatingly slow. The house does have a washer but no dryer. As others have mentioned there are a large number of small ants outside of the house that will seek out any food left out in the kitchen. We were careful to put all food into the refrigeratoropen bread and pastries into the oven. However we didn’t think to clean all of the crumbs from the toaster. The next morning there was a trail of ants to the toaster. This is just a consequence of where the house is located. They had the house very clean for our arrival. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Staff at K3Homes had limited English skills and we had power failure during heavy rain and communication by phone were a bit challenging.

The linens, towels etc that we requested were not only at the Villa but also beds were made and towels presentable which was a nice gesture. The beauty of this space will never be captured by photograph... I would know, I tried endlessly. Sunrises over the cliffs to your left, sun sets over the sleepy sea village to your right, the brightest stars above you in the evening. We stayed for 4 days (sadly) and I can honestly say not once did we believe it was real. This place will not disappoint, it is pure magic. Also, I had a small nightmare when I left my Bridesmaid dress behind and I must give the most sincere thanks to Elna for her help in getting it returned to me. She is the definition of customer service.
