Description
This apartment sleeps 6 and is located in the centre of L’Escala, with a communal swimming pool on the building’s rooftop. It is on the second floor, with lift access, and the apartment is arranged on one level. It has a small terrace that gets sun from midday onwards.
The living-dining room has air conditioning, a television, a three-seater sofa and a dining table seating six. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, including a dishwasher, oven and microwave.
There are two bedrooms: one with a 150 cm-wide double bed and another with two single beds that can be pushed together. The double sofa bed in the living-dining room accommodates the remaining two guests. All beds come with bed linen, duvets or blankets, and pillows.
There is one bathroom with a shower. The apartment also has heating, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a clothes airer with pegs.
It is approximately a 5-minute walk from Les Barques beach, close to bars, restaurants, shops and cultural activities. Riells beach is around a 15-minute walk away, and the Empúries promenade is approximately 15–20 minutes away on foot. Montgrí Natural Park is approximately a 10-minute drive away.
Entry: from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or holidays, contact the agency. Key pickup location: the agency. A deposit will be paid as a guarantee with a card upon arrival (€300) and will be refunded within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linens are included in the final cleaning price.
Mandatory services: Tourist tax (for those over 16 years old). Towels (11.90€ per reservation that includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel, and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional paid services: pool towel, crib, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in after 8:00 PM.
